I'm trying to ignore the clean clean clean voice bc I don't want mommaj to come and hunt me down until I lay down with L and do nothing but rest and nurse.....:roflmao:
I love the way Linus greets his siblings in the morning. We are usually already in the kitchen having our coffee when they come in the room and he just calls, coughs and arches his back until they come over to say hello. So cute.
I brought the highchair in and cleaned it off today. I apparently stuck it out in the garage not quite clean. Or maybe I can blame that on dh. It has a very wide stable base and I tripped over it one day breaking a couple of toes so it was banished to the garage. My foot is still not healed from when I fell down the stairs (carrying Linus) over Christmas. Maybe if I injure both feet my limp and grimace of pain won't be so noticeable? Geez Louise, I sound like such a klutz.
He sat in it at dinner slapping away at the tray. He was so much happier than in the bouncy seat and I was so much happier w/o soup and baby in my lap. We might get to food someday but for now he seemed happy with his new surroundings.
A good friend of mine is ttc and poas tomorrow morning. I can't wait to hear from her. I think I will cry tears of happiness.
nikkihoi, : Hang in there, high needs is so tough. I hope you get some good sleep soon.
Okay, I just found this smiley and it reminded me. We went to a dinner on Saturday and everyone looked so good. Except me. Downright adorable. Except me. I tried to clean up but I don't even remember how to do my hair and makeup so in went the jaw clip and on went the lip balm. I own black dress pants in size 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16. Guess what size I need. Yep, 14. I wore jeans and a green t-shirt, a mamma's milk pouch that co-ordinated and Linus. Then Helen had a melt down while he was nursing, he pulled off exposing me though I didn't notice because I was consoling Helen. I am such a mess some days.
I'd type more in my book but I am : and going to crawl under the covers.
