i get mine from thrift stores, often for less than 50 cents.

Thrifts stores are the best, really. Just pick up what you can when you go.

I had a bunch of string bags from ecobags, but I honestly can't stand them. Things get caught in them and they do stretch, but things can fall out. I use them only in a pinch.

after reading this post i was poking around online and you should check out www.etsy.com because then you are buying handmade bags from a person not a company and they are often cheap!

oh yes....i forgot about etsy! i have my own shop on etsy as well....not selling bags though....and you can find a huge assortment of unique items there!

Costco is selling sets of 3 HUGE bags for a little over $3. I pay .79 for cute purple ones at my local co-op.
