Does anyone know of natural remedies for a sinus infection? I woke up with lots of pressure yesterday and took some Cold + Sinus meds, I took one again this morning, but now I want to be careful.














Especially since I just got a BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

AAM... Please move me to Waiting To O. AF arrived right on time. So, neither the Vitex nor the ProgonB did anything to lengthen my LP. I'm going to try really hard to give them more time, though.

NeverYouMindThere... By the way, your sinus infection might actually be a symptom. I don't know what you can take for it, I think I would try soup and suffering through it. The lil one is worth the headaches & sniffles! Congrats, again!

Holy crap!

Blue veins just exploded across my breasts in the last 24 hours. Can that be a sign of anything else? I tested and BFN, but it's evening and I've been drinking water all day...

It might be a symptom for you. For me, I started getting noticeable veins on my breasts during the 2nd cycle TTC, and I have had them around AF time every since (and sometimes during O). : My body really likes to mess with me.

Yeah, I guess you're right. Signs/symptoms could mean something for some of us and nothing at all for others. Guess I just have to continue the waiting game! Gah

Is everyone else obsessing over symptoms like I am? I have had heartburn since I O'd... I'm only 4dpo... I also have been feeling "strange." But, part of me is thinking it's just a fluke. Today I had very very MILD cramping... I'm fairly certain I am just looking into things.... but I am cautiously optimistic...

I'm obsessing and FF doesn't think I've o'ed yet since my temps are messed up.

neveryoumindthere: congrats to you. If you want to you could try something like this to flush your sinuses w/ salt water. I do it regularly just to avoid sinuitis.

Well, I guess I am officially ready to be moved to February BFP's!!!

I am up at 3 AM AGAIN, sleepless and starving!
I am so astonished at how pregnant I am feeling this time, so early!
AF would have been due today and for the last 3 days I have been so hungry, and nauseous if I don't eat, peeing around the clock, breasts rapidly expanding, my belly quickening, and just feeling slightly altered the way pregnancy can make you feel. But it's been amazing to me, because with my DD I didn't even have any symptoms until I was about 7 weeks pregnant! And I didn't get a BFP until AF was a week late. So different this time...I mean I'm not even 4 weeks yet! My midwife told me on the phone it's because my body already knows how to be pregnant this time....I thought this was sweet.

And for all of you still waiting to know, I really didn't feel much of anything until 10 DPO...maybe a little sleepier than usual...but other than that nothing. I got a BFN at 9 DPO and !0 DPO. At 12 DPO, after having felt super tired and peeing all the time, I got a faint BFP. By yesterday, 14 DPO, it was pretty dark.

I've been such a dork about poas! So far I have peed on 3 FRER's, and 1 EPT Certainty... not because I've doubted it exactly...it's just kind of amazing to see those lines darkening...and then the digital "pregnant"....there really is some kind of emotional gratification in seeing that word!

I will continue to send so much babydust to all of you TTC-ers! I know it will happen for all of you. And look forward to seeing many of you over on the pregnancy board!

Hi ladies! I have been missing a lot this month, I know. I was sick as a dog for a lot of this week - some kind of stomach flu. Ugh. I didn't manage to temp or really check any signs during that time. So I'm about 8DPO.

CONGRATULATIONS TARA!!! This might sound odd but I had a feeling this was your month - when I wasn't feeling well enough to log on I kept thinking "I bet she got a BFP" so I wasn't surprised to see your news but I'm thrilled for you.

Congratulations to all our other BFPs as well!

As for me, I'm just waiting to know, but I really don't think we have much of a chance this month. Oh well.

Congratulations! Here's a natural remedy that works like a charm (if you aren't feeling queasy yet).

In a pot, combine:
- 1 large head of peeled garlic
- 2 cans broth (veg or chicken, preferably organic)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. mint

Boil together until soft. Blend until smooth. Add 1-2 tsp. lemon juice & drink.

This stuff taste so good when you are sick and stuffed up but if you aren't sick...well, let's just say I wouldn't recommend it.
