Help me choose an cd!

Ramona and Efram both have birthdays in February. For Efram I am getting Pirate Stories from Barefoot Books.

I am having trouble choosing for Ramona, though. She likes a good story and wouldn't enjoy anything too childish. Currently she is listening to Jim Weiss's Robin Hood/Three Musketeers CD and loving it. So here are the ones I am trying to choose from for her. (She'll be six, btw.)

Tales from the Greek Legends
: Got good reviews but possibly too gory

The Story of Classical Music
: Ramona loves classical music and frequently asks to listen to it.

Shakespeare's Storybook: Folktales that Inspired the Bard

Tales of Wisdom and Wonder: Ramona really enjoys the Barefoot Books cds

Rabbit Ears Treasury of Heroines

Rabbit Ears Treasury of World Tales
: Ramona really enjoys tales from around the world

Adventures of Odysseus

Egyptian Treasures: Mummies and Myths

Galileo and the Stargazers: Ramona is very interested in astronomy

Too many choices! Help me narrow it down! Tomorrow I will check to see which ones I can get from the library and take those off the list.

TIA!

I won't be of much help; the only one that I've heard is Galileo and the Stargazers. My 5.5 year-old boys really like it.

But I have to ask, have you heard the Classical Kids CDs? We have heard most of them and they are so worth the time and money. Our two favorites are Mr. Bach Comes to Call

and Hallalujah Handel

They are stories that use the composers music as a backdrop.

I don't know any of the ones you listed, but you mentioned that she was enjoying a Jim Weiss CD, and Rain had a bunch of his CDs when she was 6. She had a couple of Greek mythology ones - I think one was clled "Greek Myths" and the other "He and She" and also a Shakespeare one with Taking of the Shrew and I think Midsummer Night's Dream. Those were her favoriates...
