Is Costa Rica homeschool/unschool friendly?

Sometimes we dream of moving to Costa Rica but I'd need it to be unschooling friendly because we plan on always living this lifestyle.

Does anyone here have any insight or experience in Costa Rica?

There is an expat homeschooling yahoo group. I'm sure you could ask there.

There is a Costa Rica unschooling conference.

I'm sure that they would know.
