Eating making me sick?

I don't get hungry often enough and forget to eat... then when I am hungry I eat and I can only eat a little (5-10 bites) before feeling that TOO full feeling... I'm eating next to nothing. But after I eat, if i've eaten one bite too many I feel more nausous that if I didn't eat. :

My blood sugar is fine, I can drink watery fluids pretty much as much as I want... but can't do thick fluids. I'm still on the diclectin and not feeling well still.

And ideas? I try and have little "snacks/meals" all day long but I can't even eat a full apple right now... I cut it up and I'm lucky if I can get through half. And then I'm full forever it seems.

I'm not a small person so I'm not worried there but energy is a major factor right now.

I want to eat and be healthy but it's not working too well... and ideas?

This was me a few weeks back. Try and eat little and often. As long as you're eating something try not to stress too much. I would start to gag if I took one bite too many and I learnt to just stop even if I'd only eaten 5 pieces of pasta.

I found that certain foods were better than others for me- avocado being my main food for a long time! Try to eat foods high in protein. Maybe adding some fresh fruit juice to your water as well. I can still only drink water or water mixed with cranberry juice (half and half) atm.
