The most beautiful birth ever!

Our daughter was born peacefully at home, free to her Mama and Papa, on 2/04/08! She's a chubby 8lbs. 14 oz., 21.5 inches of pure perfection. She remains nameless, so we'll have to see who she becomes over the course of the next few days! Why rush it? We had a nice and fast labor, and super quick pushing stage! It was both my easiest and most challenging birth! I feel good, no tearing, but a little more blood than I hoped, for which I decided to transfer! I was treated very good at the hospital. They were super respectful!!! Overall great experience there!

I'm in awe! My DH is amazed! Our family feels complete!

The bleeding thing is what made me most nervous too. If my midwife wouldnt have been on her way I would have been tempted to transfer. I love that you are waiting to let her name pick her! Congrats again and happy babymoon!!
