what fever reducers are safe in early pregnancy?

dh has a high fever now, and i am worried i will get whatever it is he is sick with. i am 10 weeks pregnant. i am calling my midwife tomorrow, but i think dh andi were exposed at the same time. so, if i get a fever tonight, what fever reducers are safe to take in the first trimester?

I would only use tepid baths....not cool, just lukewarm, and only if your temp gets high. If you get this, you might not spike as high as your dh anyway.
