FIX THE SERVER!!! Every time I post I have to try multiple times! And with me being 38 weeks pregnant and hormonal I curse the site every time, and that's not fair.
Please just fix it.

Oh yes, with all due respect, PLEASE can you fix the server or whatever the problem is? MDC is my one link to sanity some days!

But if they fix the server soon, it'll be down entirely for several days and I'll get, I don't know, posting DTs or something. And we'll miss a dozen births!

I totally agree, this needs to be taken care of. And even though I don't know the technical situation of this site, I do know that server upgrades can be done with out causing major outages of several days..... when I used to have a corporate job, I did several of these for a national company and with only minimal outages. It can be done with good planning ahead of time. Think about how many times huge websites like Yahoo, Google and others have had to do this.....

It's funny, just for me to see this post, I had to receive the server busy message several times, but at least it wasn't 10 times or more like it has been lately.

Yup, me too... grrr...

Several very large sites do server upgrades without being out for days. Most of them take a couple hours. I'd rather be without my beloved MDC for a couple hours than to be told to piss off by the damn server 30 times a day!!!

If MDC has more than one server than they can upgrade without bringing it all down. However if they only have one server, then it can be more difficult. But golly... I need to get my MDC fix, and when I can't get it, things get a little hairy!
