Is it the artwork itself? The Renaissance-Era Roman Catholic depictions that scream Catholic, therefor are not your thing?
Or is it a religious preference to not acknowledge Mary? I understand non-Catholic Christians have a problem with our veneration of Mary, so to wear a necklace depicting her might not be copasetic with your views. No judgement, just asking! Do you think folks at your church might not appreciate you wearing it as it might be "too" Catholic. It's making me think about what people at my church might think about it, despite the fact that all religious art is to be revered, and any art is to be respected, or so that is what we are taught. I wonder though -- if someone in my own faith might take offense because they are trained to view breasts as sexual, and Mary as non-sexual.
Either way:

Not the person you asked, but I can answer for myself as a Protestant Christian. That era art, especially images of Mary and Jesus does scream Catholic. Since I'm not Catholic, I wouldn't want to falsely identify myself.
Part of what makes those images of Mary and Jesus so Catholic is the veneration of Mary, which as you know, non-Catholics do not agree with. It's not that I wish not to acknowledge her as Christ's mother. It's just that I don't hold her as being above any other woman. If I remember correctly ,Catholics believe that she stayed a virgin all her life and so is a picture of purity. Most protestants believe she went on to have a normal relationship with her husband Joseph after Jesus's birth. I believe she's just one of us that God chose to do an amazing miracle through. So to wear a necklace that might cause others to think I held a belief I do not agree with would be counter productive. I do think the artwork is beautiful though. Kind of like it wouldn't make sense for me to have a rosary even though some of those are beautiful pieces of art.
Oh, I can't imagine folks at my church would have a problem with it. If they did I'd think they were being overly sensitive to something that doesn't matter all that much. It's not like being Catholic is a sin. We do have some pretty big theological disagreements, but we agree on the really important stuff.
And since that's probably more of an answer than you needed from someone you didn't even address a question to. . .I'll shut-up now.
I would personally love to get the one with the nursing mother wearing the pink shawl.
