dyeing ME wraps

I've got some very faded Motherease Rikki wraps, so I'd like to dye them. Would a fiber-reactive dye, such as Procion, work on these? They seem cotton on the outside.

If it is cotton procion dyes will work.

i'm fairly sure they're all polyester? the outside is just the poly knit non-laminated side..
