Oh man, it's a shame it's coming from that particular health minister since she was viewed as controversial for suggesting AIDS could be treated with vegetables. But I'm glad someone is speaking out against this nonetheless.

Cross out foreign, and replace it with AMERICAN. Cause that's exactly what this is.

Agreed; unfortunately her voice is not the most credible even though this time she is spot on.

ETA: With regard to your second comment Papai, that lie will be repeated until people believe it. 'important ways of preventing' right we'll circumcise you but be sure to continue to use condoms because that is what is really doing the job.
