Yeah! 5 days past my due date and I'm getting a baby!! I'll update later!

I just lost my whole post and I'm not going to retype it right now, nasty after pains.....The short version, a baby BOY born at 7:14, exactly 6 hours after labor started.

Hypnobabies worked really well, the release, relax cues were super helpful. The last 30 were really intense and I felt pretty out of control (apparently I appeared okay to everyone else though) BUT I birthed him sunny side up with only 20 minutes of pushing so it wasn't too bad considering that!

He was born at home

Congrats Sarah! Welcome little guy!! Yea, Yea, Yea! I am so excited for you and I can't wait till you are feeling a bit better and we can hear more of the details! Did you get to use the tub? Did you play any CD's? Was it back labor again? Was the midwife there? OMG, I have so many questions for you! It sounds like it went well...I hope it was an awesome birth for the little guy, and I hope you two are basking together in the beginnings of a wonderful babymoon. Hope your DD is loving her new little brother, and hope your DH had a great experience, too!
