Does anyone know where I can find a fabric manufacturer that sells PUL and other diaper making fabrics wholesale? Ideally, I'd like to find one in Canada but the US would be fine too...

The best (and nearly all) PUL come from one manufacturer, Fabrite, located in New Jersey, USA. The other companies in the USA that I've contacted aren't interested in dealing with cloth diaper makers
:
So there *are* others who will do laminating, and there very well may be a manufacturer in Canada. But the only other PUL I've tried that comes in nearly the same color range de-laminated and is worthless for making diapers with. So if you want to be sure about the quality of the PUL you're getting, unfortunately there is only one company to go to.
Fabrite has a 50-yard per color minimum order, if you are interested in buying directly from them. IIRC, the stuff you want to ask for is called "Fabuthane". But if you tell them you want to use it for making cloth diapers, they will know what you need.
HTH!
