The BED book says the worst of the symptoms are on days 3-5, though it can last 10 days or more. by supplements, do you mean vitamins, etc or anti-fungals? no anti-fungals here, just lots and lots of veggies, raw apple cider vinegar, homemade cultured veggies, and properly combined foods. We are taking an additional probiotic supplement right now as we recolonize our guts with good flora. i'm hoping to start homemade coconut water kefir soon too. (waiting on dairy-free kefir starter). also, i put chlorophyll in our water as it feeds the good bacteria. HTH!
