if you want the 07 style medela pump in style (original, not advanced) I saw them at 2 different targets on clearence.

There are always many for sale locally on craigslist. You can sanitize with alcohol. PISs can not be 100% sanitized "technically" but you can take most of it apart and wipe it off and you can clean the tubes by flushing alcohol through them with a syringe.

You can also get a better deal on ebay on almost any new pump.

Ok so than which is better for a momma who has PCOS ( hysterectomy not related) and a low supply?

There is a pumping tribe and also the breastfeeding forums that have tons of moms who pump who would more about the different kinds. you may want to post there.

If you qualify for WIC you can buy one from them (medela) for $125 I think or just borrow one (you can get tubing for free at the hospital) from them although there is a $50 dep.
