hey mamas

i am probably the odd one out but so happy to be here. we are working on #1, and have been for a while. first we were just not careful, then we went to charting/temping/OPK's, then after a while to clomid, then after that to clomid+IUI, then i got pg and miscarried, then i couldn't get pg again and now here i am with a bfp after IVF #1. my beta is monday.

it is probably *seriously* tempting fate to even post here but i've been wanting to join a DDC for so long and now i legitimately can. even if i'm only here briefly.

so, that's my story and i'm glad to be here

thanks everyone
i'm very nervous for my beta tomorrow but trying not to be too nervous. i've peed on about 4 sticks so far, all pos. so my hcg has to be at least >25.

LOL the HCG's are come back good this week. I wouldnt believe I was pregnant till my ob ordered one. I go for a repeat tomorrow at 9.

I took an early test three days ago, and it was negative, but since it hadn't even been 14 days since ovulation, I wasn't too surprised.

I'm pretty sure I ovulated on the 27/28, so I'm taking another test today, then wednesday for sure. But my periods tend to be long, so it could be as long as another week before my period shows up!

I have been having some early symptoms, which gives me hope, especially since some (breast tenderness, acute hearing/smell) aren't even remote PMS symptoms for me, and would be harder to imagine (I tend to be a hypochondriac).

Here's to an October baby!

Hi Lea! I'm another infertility survivor, and I say embrace your good news, embrace those awesome numbers, and belive in your baby and your body!

I just did injectable meds (follistim) with donor sperm IUI, and TTCd with my ex for EIGHT years (he wasn't my ex then, lol) before getting to this place, so believe me, I've BTDT!
