favorite stretchy bind off?

The cast on edge for my dad's sock is too tight, I've managed to pick it out and put live stitches back onto the needles, but now how should I bind off?

After much trial and error, I normally just use a needle 3mm larger, bind off in the rib pattern I used for the cuff and think stretchy whilst doing it.

This is all I use now... and it took lots of different ones to find that one. Do what she says and go up at least 1.5 sizes. I go up two cause I'm an insanely tight knitter. I've found I can be sloppy with this one and it doesn't look bad.

YES! That's the other one I use, and I couldn't remember it.
