Hello again. Just me about my cervix... again. I've been on the Great Cervix Hunt and gave up for a little while there, but thought I'd give it a try again tonight. At my OB appt last week (wed, 2/6/08), the Dr said I was a "loose fingertip" and "long and thick" ... and he did also mention it was waaaaay back behind the head (posterior, is it?). Anyway, so tonight, I decided to try again... and i reached waaaay back behind the head and then it felt fleshy (so i'm not sure if that was it since he said it was long and thick or whatever)... but in the the middle of all the fleshiness, i found an opening! It felt sort of like a ring on a balloon (where you'd blow up the balloon. Not latexy... just a definite circle type thing that was of a LITTLE bit firmer texture at the opening than the fleshiness that was all around it. does that sound like that could be it? i could fit one finger in & wiggle around a little bit.. not sure if i could fit another because i could barely reach with that one! Let me know if this sounds right or not. Thanks.
