Over that last few years I have been struggling with a Thyroid problem which hospitalized by when my son was 10 months old. He is now almost 6. I still struggle with body aches, depression and many other symptoms of my thyroid.
I was recently given a book, by a friend, called Intuitive Healing by Dr. Judith Orloff. The author is a board-certified psychiatrist and an intuitive healer.
The book looks interesting, but I have never been into anything New Age, and am wondering if anyone has read this book and has any comments or opinions on it?
