I made some that were cuff down. I think I remember seeing someone on ravelry who made them toe up and regular ankle height. Or you could ask for tips on converting patterns to toe up in one of the toe up sock groups.

Mmmm...they are in my rav queue....It would be nice to make them toe-up though. If you find the person who did them toe-up you could always message them and ask

It shouldn't be too hard - I'd use the gusset/round heel/short-row heel flap from Cookie's Beaudelaire and reverse the calf shaping - that should be even easier as you can try it on as you knit to get everything right.
