So for the last week it has felt like the baby is all the way on the right side (left side if you are looking at me) of my uterus. Even when you touch my belly you can feel how lopsided it is. Is this normal? I'm 17, almost 18weeks.

I don't know if it is normal or not. I can tell you that so far all the tiny movements I have felt are on my right side so I would guess the baby is over on that side?

It could be the shape of your uterus, a cyst, placenta placement or a variety of other things.
I suggest you call up your midwife and ask. If you don't have a provider willing to field calls like that in between appointments then I'd change providers!

I have been experiencing exactly the same thing, and I was concerned too.
This is our sixth pregnancy, so I was actually concerned that maybe things were "out of whack" from so many pregnancies.
I have consistently felt this baby on the left side (or so I thought) for several weeks now, and have only felt movement there, so I thought he/she was just "hunkered down" on one side. When I went for my ultrasound, I mentioned to the tech that he/she liked to stay on that side. She smiled at me, put the wand on the right side, and before my very eyes was the head of my baby! The baby was lying on his/her back, with the feet on my left side. I still can only feel the baby on the left, but the scan showed no issues with my female parts, and the baby was pretty well spread out, even though I can only feel him/her on the left. Hope this helps! (The ultrasound was at 18w 2d.

I always feel this little one on my right side, and it was the same with DD. When the MW listened with the fetoscope, she said it was all placenta on the left side. She mentioned it before I could mention about the lopsidedness. Apparently my left side is a good place for a placenta!!!!!

Yep, I think I have a mostly left sided babe, even though my belly looks even. When MW went to find the heartbeat she found it lower left (having an out-of pocket HB), and then to get my insurance to cover labwork I went to my OB/GYN and when she went to look for heartbeat on the right she found nothing, until she also went lower left-evidently upper left gave only the echo of loud kicking sounds

Go pee!
I was feeling like this too (left side) and my mw said it was likely just my bladder shoving my uterus up and off to the left. Also, apparently everyone's uterus tilts differently, so it might just be that yours also tilts left slightly.
To the left, to the left...
To the right, to the right,
now dip, baby, dip!
C'mon!
(Sorry, couldn't help myself. It's bad. I know.)
