questions for RE when searching for a good one?

What questions does my sister need to ask when looking for/interviewing a RE? (She's the one I've posted about in "menopause at 24?!?!?"). She's got a few names but doesn't know what to ask.

Here's some info on her:
supposed menopause at 24
now having a regular period (just one so far)
showing LH surges on OPKs

What does she need to ask to make sure she's getting the kind of doctor she needs?

How do I get hold of you in the event of bad news or if I have questions during cycle?

In our experience our RE was impossible to reach. Generally things can be handled by the nurses but when I had a miscarriage after a cycle I felt desperate to see him for a consult. We ended up having to wait six weeks and saw another RE in another city in the interim. We stayed with our current RE but decided that he does not handle failure very well. So I would recommend to anyone that they figure out how things will be handled and who they will talk to for support.
