i thought another exercise thread would help motivate us, especially those of us that have been stuck in the deep freeze lately.
: so what are you all doing to stay fit and healthy?
i'm a FitMama junky. i do that video every other day, and although it's a bit cheesy, i like the workout. it feels like just enough. i've been wanting to get to the community pool, do some brisk walking, try out some prenatal yoga classes, and maybe even a prenatal pole dancing class. but for now i've been putting all of that off because it either costs money, or involves me leaving the house, which has been near impossible with these frigid temps lately.

and I do prenatal yoga stretches a couple of times a week. In spring, I'll join an actual yoga class...but I'm not motivated when it's so cold. My ds and I also go to the forest and walk for an hour or so once a week. When its warmer we go about 4 times a week.
