good PVC free chillable teething rings?

Where can you get high quality teething rings- that don't offgas-and are chillable or freezable?

what about a thick wet washrag in the freezer?

Like pumpkinseed suggested a washcloth in the freezer is your best bet if you're worried about plastics etc. That said however, the company called The First Years make all their stuff PVC free and you can get it just about anywhere. They make just the kind of teething ring you're talking about. HTH
