i know having amalgam fillings drilled out during pregnancy is not good, does the same apply to having teeth with amalgam pulled? i have a tooth which has had a root canal twice now. it started bothering me again, two different dentists told me that was impossible, did work on the teeth on either side of it, and it's still bothering me. what is left of the original tooth is just disintegrating, and the whole thing is rather painful. so, opinions? how bad would it really be to get it pulled? if it matters, i'm almost 16w.
