Wow, that has got to be the coolest research on human milk I've read for a long, long time. (And hoo boy, have I read a lot in my line of work.)

I'd like to see formula manufacturers try to replicate THAT ingredient! :nana:

That's a pretty big discovery! I wonder why we haven't heard more about it.

You probably haven't heard more about it for the same reason you don't hear too much about the other "adult" stem cells that come from blood, marrow, amniotic fluid, and your nose-- Politics. They want the harvesting embryonic stem cells to be OK, so they minimize the significance of all other types of stem cell research.

I'm totally NOT surprised, and I think it's just WAY too cool.
