Low lying placenta?

I had an u/s at 19 weeks 4 days yesterday and the u/s tech said that the placenta was low but she didn't think it was so low that I should be so concerned about it.....

My m/w called me this evening to tell me that everything looked great but they want me to have a follow-up u/s because my placenta is low-lying. She said 99 times out of 100 it will migrate up as the uterus grows...but now I am freaking out!

Is there anything I should or shouldn't do to help it along?

The placenta implants where it implants and there's nothing that can be done to move the implantation site. As the uterus grows the placenta usually grows up the uterine wall away from the cervix, but that's already been predetermined.
