Last night, as we were getting out of the car, Maura was looking up into the sky and smiling. I thought she was checking out the moon, and asked her "What are you looking at?"
She pointed up and said "Boon!"
OMG!
So then I asked her where the moon was, she pointed to it and said "Dare!"
Wow!
Today, we were watching tv and they were previewing Blue's Clues by showing the notebook and asking who uses the notebook. So I asked Maura again, who uses the notebook and she said "Boo Boos!"
She was also saying some of the words to Ring Around the Rosie.
This talking thing is actually taking off with her! It's very cool. And I know I've said it before but I'll say it again - it has got to be the seizure meds! I'm totally reminded of a line from a song by Maura's (and mine) favorite group, Great Big Sea - the line is "Blessings can hide in the strangest disguise"
