Let's all show off all the nifty things we craft outta our coop goodies.
I am so excited to see what everyone does with their yarns, roving, etc!

Heck, I'm excited to see what I make. lol
Also, feel free to post about the projects you plan on making, and then update us w/ pix once you start working/finish.

Happy Crafting!

Here is my dream sheet of things I would like to make:

A mushroom house
A felted barn playmat
A few wall hangings
Some stuffed animals
Lots of felt balls

We'll see what happens!

I am excited to get my Earth Ball felting kits for the DC. We'll see how those turn out.

With my Shaba I plan to knit up a super snazzy Drops cardi. I am really into greens this year...

DS is patiently awaiting a skull sweater, so the white will go into that one.

I am currently stash busting some blue/purple and pink/fuschia (not sure which colors, exactly) on a KP&S cardi.

Forgot to show this. It's DH's Saranac in PF grassroots and sheplova mushroom. BAD pics, though. (scroll down)

I just made this little guy over the weekend:

Green Gnome

And here's my seaturtle painting

I'll throw this guy in for fun, he's stuffed with wool
Blue Baby

And my cat toys

Can't wait to get this package so I can get going on some more! I got the babooshka soup mix, so that should have some good dolly materials as well as more mouse-like colors.

I just got mine! Yippee!
So I have some things to make for dd's classmate's birthday, as the party is Sunday afternoon.

I'm going to make something little and cute and felted, I just have to figure out what. lol

I was planning to make her some horses out of sheet felt, until my roving just came today. But I was having trouble finding a pattern for that anyhow.
(Still link me if you know a good one, please!!)

Pix later!
(Like, once I actually figure out what I'm making her. lol)

Gorgeous! Can't wait for my roving

Did you use patterns for the gnome?

Ok, I started out trying to felt a horse- that was way above my skill set and level of patience tonight. So then I dumped boiling water on it in a half-assed attempt to speed along the felting process. MMM..... lanolin. Stinkin up my kitchen. And now the horse is a floppy, soggy mess. Scratch the horse.

So, instead, I figured I'd make one of those 7"-ish Waldorf style dolls like you'd use on a nature table. If you're very crafty, or have $60+ to spend on a doll. hah I have to get hubby to dig out the usb cord for my camera so I can post pix, but I'm pretty proud of it.

She's got long brown hair, brown eyes, and is wearing a fiery orange dress. And her head and arms are poseable! (Thanks to a loverly armature of pipe cleaners. lol)

Now I just need more doll hair type wool. Because both my dd's want their own.
