Baby Wyatt is Here!! Update with pictures!

After almost 36 hours but only 20 minutes of pushing Wyatt was born at home with just dh, my midwife, and her assistant, with the dc asleep in bed. The last 2-3 hours screamed by in a painful hurry, but it was a great experience, sooo much better than the hospital was for me the last time. He's 9# 13oz, and 21.25 inches long. He has fat wrinkles already Nursing pretty well...and tired but we are doing great!

Yay Kate!!! Happy Birthday Wyatt!!!! Wyatt is my littlest DD's favorite name!

WOW mama, almost 10#s!! You are amazing! I'm so happy you were able to have a homebirth and the baby didn't require too much pushing. Sounds like your body was definately ready after 36 hours.

Rest up and enjoy your new baby, I'm so happy for you .
