Where to now?? Yahoo group?

Now that we are about to move to archives, is anyone interested in a yahoo group to stay in contact?

I have found that I really lose contact after we have to move to LWAB and I have spent so much time here over the last year, I don't want to lose that. If we had a yahoo group we can stay close easier.

I am willing to start one if there are people interested, or I know there were a couple started by others (one for the bead swap and one for collecting for Gratefulbambina) if one of those mamas want to use their group for this.

So, what do you think?

I'm good with a yahoo group, or an actual board (not sure if I'm allowed to say that...sorry if I'm not) where we can post in different topics and it just be us. I know where to start one....or I'm game for the Yahoo group. Whatever everyone decides!!

in theory, but all we get is a single thread so we'd have to search for it

We can have that too, but I have found it gets lost easily in all the other treads there, plus it gets really long and disjointed and hard to follow, atleast IMNSHO

I am up for what ever. Fishie Kisses, our own board sounds really interestng, I never thought about that. Lets leave this up for another few days or so and see what others think, then get going on it

Either way I'm in too. I agree that staying in LWAB will get us lost in the other threads. It already has. I had to go through pages to post on there for today. But as pp said, I already am in a lot of Yahoo groups also. Another board would be kinda neat too. Whatever the poll comes up with is fine with me.

i'd unfortunately lose touch if you all left mothering, as my computer time doesn't allow for me to do much more than check my email and go to mothering...to toddlers (my ddc from 05) and here...so i function well on this site but don't have the time to move beyond.

I solved that problem by bookmarking the thread itself. never have to search for it!
