Knitting pattern for a toddler size cardigan

So I have re-discovered knitting after a many years hiatus. I have been going a little crazy Kool-Aid dyeing yarn (I have time to dye ONE more batch of green before going to the grocery store...) and I want to knit DD a little cardigan for fall.

Anyone know a good pattern? I am looking for something a little Hanna Andersson-like, if you know what I mean. Stripey and a little funky.

I found this one: http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEsummer03/PATTchildHood.html , but I'm not committed to it yet.

Thanks!

That's so funny, before I read your post I was going to put that very link in a reply!! I love that pattern myself, and definitely have it on my "to do" list, along with so many other things....

I'm currently working on this one, also from knitty:

but it's not quite what you're describing, and it's written for CHUNKY yarn--I'm using size 17 needles, they're HUGE!! But at least it's knitting up fast, and I must say the colinette yarn I found is just gorgeous.

I recently checked out from the library "Style Your Own Kids Knits," which is neat because it has basic patterns with a lot of variations and motifs that you can incorporate into what you're making. I know there's a toddler-sized cardigan in there.

HTH, at least a little!
