does bamboo velour shrink?

I am 95% sure I washed and dried my bamboo velour.

I was going to make dh some PJ pants right quick for Valentine's day but didn't know if it was a fabric that shrunk a lot if I needed to wash & dry it a couple of times on hot before cutting and sewing?

help please!

yep pretty sure it'll shrink like all other bamboo, up to 20% in length i think.. best to do a couple of hot washes first, no need to dry in between though..

Thanks - I've done 2 - maybe I'll do a 3rd to be on the safe side!
