well, first let's all cheer that i have made it to 38 weeks! woo hoo!

now, this is new territory for me so i need some guidance. do babes move less around the last few weeks? b/c they have less space or b/c they are saving up their energy for the big exit?

since monday or tue of this week, i have felt a lot less movement from the babe. just curious as to why that may be. thanks, mamas!

My baby has slowed down some too and I'm pretty sure it's just lack of space and totally normal.

This baby doesn't seem to know the meaning of limited space, but I know it is absolutely normal, for most babe's to slow down a bit when the womb gets tight.

I'm 40 weeks tomorrow, and this little guy seems to have finally slowed down some last night/this morning.

e slowed down a week before del. he was over nine so I am assuming it is lack of room!

this...my girl DID slow down a bit the other day but then when I woke up the next morning I realized she'd been growing. again. *sigh*

My baby has slowed down a lot, too. Going to the chiro, though, has perked him/her back up a lot, so if you're concerned you might try that. I was seriously worried for a few days because movement was so few/far between, but after chiro adjustments the baby is back to going nuts in there! But he/she does seem to sleep harder and longer than before.

We've got the slow down going on here too - little man is just out of room! I've actually done my kick counts a few times, which I hadn't done before because he was *so* active.
