I don't know if we are extra dirty but all my natural products do not get my tub clean. My mom used cascade once but that can't be good. Any suggestions? TIA

Have you tried:

Bon Ami

Baking soda paste with vinegar

Just a few thoughts.

I use these to get most things out of anything, such as tile floors, tubs, toilets, etc.

mrs meyers scrub is nice and scrubby-licious

bar keepers friend is the best for cleaning tubs, toilets and stainless steel sinks. it's an abrasive powder like bon ami - you can find it right next to the bon ami actually. it's great.

Mix baking soda with your laundry detergent to make a paste with a frosting-like consistancy.

Leave on your tub for those really tough stains.

The baking soda is mildly abrasive, but will not scratch fragile surfaces like tubs.

Happy cleaning!

baking soda works great....my homeopathist recomends me to take a bath with a whole 2lb box of baking soda and my tub stays clean....hehe...and my skin is so very soft....

So do we. Baking soda dissolves too quickly to scrub the tub properly.

Shaklee scour off paste! It works great, especially at getting that greasy orangy residue off and shining the chrome.

Baking soda works great as long as you don't get it too wet - it needs to be a barely damp paste IMO.

For really really dirty tubs, Borax works great! I wouldn't use it all the time because it is more abrasive, but I use it once a month or so.

I used to use Bon Ami and I also really like it but decided to stick with baking soda so I don't have to buy another product.

I use a trifecta mix: I squirt Dr Bronner's all around, then sprinkle BS, then a little borax. It smells good, and gets the tub sparkly clean!

For soap scum someone suggested oil. So I just squirted some old baby oil on a sponge and it wiped it right off!! I was shocked. I'm sure there are better oils to use; I just tried what I had sitting around (since I'm not about to put that stuff on my baby )...
