Where will we go when our group gets shut down?

Has anyone thought about this? Does anyone have any ideas or plans? I mean, we're getting really close to the top and I don't want to lose ya'll. We need to find out where we can go next. Some people go to the infant section but some start Yahoo groups. What do ya'll think?

my July '06 ddc was very active up until we were about to move to the toddler section and I have no idea what happened to them as I lost my internet about then...

Well, we already have a yahoo group- we ran the swaps through them. BUT, personally I feel closer to my DDC moms that went to LWAB then toddlers...

I've been thinking a lot about this too...I don't know what I'd do without my 2/08 DDC mamas! I've been starting to look at other forums, but it's just not the same .

I think my personal preference would be to move to a yahoogroup, basically use the same one we did for the swaps. I think we'd have more success staying cohesive as a group if we moved to email rather than a BB situation. IMO.

no more yahoo groups for me... i cannot keep up with them. but, Life With A Babe is where I will look to connect with you all, if people are up for it. My NOV 05 DDC is still going strong on here. It's nice to come on MDC and check in.

plus, more mamas will join us later. like people who weren't in our DDC but had babes earlier or later than expected. and, those who are new to MDC with Feb 08 babes will join us, too. it will be a fun group!

not sure which i'd prefer, but i could go with either a yahoo group or a ddc on here.

maybe we could do both? i like the reminder of having yahoo mail me a digest rather than having to seek out teh ddc on mdc BUT i'm here all.the.time. so it probably wouldn't be that hard to make sure to keep up with everyone.

I'm not very good with yahoo groups. LWAB would be great for me, but will go where ever you mamas are talking! Would be terrible to loose some of these relationships and supports!

I'm up for LWAB since I'm most often on Mothering.com I'll just go ahead and say that I will work to keep up posts and keep our group together there. If we want to have a yahoo group as well, I'll join that too!

I'm up for either. I like the potential for many threads on Yahoo, I like the accesibility of MDC, so whatever way we go, I'm going with the flow there. And hey if some of us do have March babes, I figrue we could still hang here!

I think maybe lwab, only because I was in a yahoo group from my ddc here last time and it didn't really stay active. I think maybe keeping it on MDC would be good. But I'm in for either one, don't wanna lose you mamas.
