Okay, I know I shouldn't have do this, but the yarn was just so gorgeous...
I impulsively bought a skein of hand-painted 50%merino 50% silk (sport weight--which I've never worked with) in a color called Irish Eyes--gorgeous variegated greens and blues. It set me back nearly $20 and I have no idea what to do with it or what size hook to use. (it only has knitting needle size suggestions)
It's small--200 yards, 1.6 oz. Any suggestions??? TIA!
