Since I'm not good enough a knitter to create my own pattern, I'm searching for a free soaker pattern that would have a skirt overtop. I've found a few patterns but they are for purchase...

Hmmm . . . I've never seen a free one anywhere. There are free soaker patterns and free skirt patterns . . .I suppose if you're nifty enough you could figure out how to combine the two.
