I just came across a box in my basement with some old VK magazines from the early 1990's.

What a change! I have only picked up 1 or 2 issues in the last couple of years and was not inspired. The patterns seem to be a lot simpler and less interesting than they used to be.

Has anyone else noticed that trend?

There are lots of things I love from this era but I do seem to hang onto the oldies! I have some magazines and books from the 70's and 80's and so many of the items are timeless and much more interesting. And really, if you're looking for funky, the 70's are BOSS!
