Anyone ever used "easyfelt" paper?

I watched 2 of the employees at my LYS use it. They honestly didn't enjoy it much. It turned out fairly pretty, but it was a PITA. It took both of them hours and hours to do it, and it was kind of odd looking when it was finished. Neither one of them is too into stuff that's "artsy," though.
