Homemade veggie/fruit wash

Does anyone know how to make their own fruit/veggie wash?

I had omega testing done and it turned out I had a common parasite- probably from the city's water...anyway, they had me take Agrisept- which is just citus extracts. Anywho- my homopath also recomended that I use it as a veggie wash as all of my veggies are organic--she told me she diluted a few drops in water, sprayed it on and watched as bugs crawled out....blech!!! So, this is what I use!

vinegar diluted in water is supposed to work well too. I haven't tried it but will when my commercial veggie wash runs out.

I just use running tap water.

I spray with 50/50 vinegar and water. Then I rinse with tap water.

I keep two spray bottles under the sink--one with vinegar and one with hydrogen peroxide. For non-organic produce, I scrub with soap to try to get off any waxy residue, then spray with each bottle in any order. For lettuce grapes and other thin-skinned produce, I rinse after 10 min or less (it can wilt from the vinegar otherwise). For apples and other produce, I leave it on 15 min and then rinse. I think I read about the mix of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide on mercola.com years ago, but now I can't find the link. Supposedly the combo dissolves lots of the chemical junk on the fruits and veggies.
