The power of linkbacks

I put up a few posts on my personal blog on Friday about a rude comment by one of the guests on Big Brother. I had over 100 hits/day over the weekend (I usually get about 100/wk) and then today my traffic has jumped with over 400 visitors. I found out that a few celebrity gossip blogs linked back to one of my blog posts and my traffic is through the roof.

It is kind of cool to see but also a lesson in the power of linkbacks. This isn't one of my freelance projects, just a lil ole blog...I wanted to share though.

might also be called the power of keywords and the power of controversy, because the keywords are how they found you and the controversy well, you are a real investigator; I'm impressed. great job.
