I am fairly new to TF but have been trying different things as I learn. I recently made the pineapple vinegar recipe from NT since I had a pineapple. I have only found the one recipe for cortido in NT that calls for it. I now have this big jar of stuff. Does anyone else have ideas for how to use it?
