we don't really drink milk, but i use it in quiches, baked goods, etc. is it still worth it to get raw milk if i'm going to cook it?

I'm sure that someone more knowledgeable than me will come along but here is my .02 cents
I buy the raw milk so that my kids and I benefit from the live enzymes...... just like you would want for you newborn from your breastmilk. You want the milk to radiate life energy and plant the seeds of beneficial bacterial and flora into the gut. So, cooking it, IMHO, defeats the purpose. When I cook with milk I use my oldest raw milk (by date) or just organic cheap milk. In Florida raw milk is too expensive for me to use for cooking.
Peace,
Michelle
