Anyone read "Lights Out"? - Page 2

you have several options. If you are bent on buying a machine a rowing machine is the best bang for your buck by far.

You can do PLENTY in a half and hour with no real equipment without leaving your house. Bodyweight exercises alone can get you some significant progress.

You can do an entire month of varied, functional exercise with what you can find around the house.

i would rather not buy equipment - can't really afford it! so if there are other ways that would be better.

could you elaborate on what i could use?
this might sound stupid but i haven't got a clue about what i could use or how to exercise, is there a book on this or can you give me some suggestions? i've got a yoga dvd. but i feel i need to find something cardiovascular i really need to get moving and sweat, jogging dosn't appeal to me atall though!
are rebounders any good?
