Update on Anna-Elise, pictures!

Anna-Elise came out at 9:31 pm on Valentines Day, Feb. 14th. The labor was horrendous, but I'd do it again and again if I had to; she is totally worth every ounce of pain I'd endured. She was exactly 7 pounds, 20 inches. She came out with a whoopin' holler; she has a very strong set of lungs and was the both the pinkest and most alert baby any of the nurses had ever seen for literally just sliding out. She scored a 9 on her first APGAR; very nice. I am so blessed that she came out SO healthy.

She is my vision of perfection, completely. She is so ridiculously well-behaved. She cries for good reason only, she's so sweet and so smart, she does the funniest things ever. I love this little girl more than life itself.

Lovelovelovelove. <3. I'll probably write a birth story when I have time this week. But yeah. She was worth it all. <3.

Ps: I hope all you new mommies and soon-to-be hang in there, and are doing as excellent as possible!

She's beautiful -- love the black and white shot -- she looks so peaceful. I remember enduring some of the worst pain of my life with ds (posterior for 8 hours, came out with his fist on his face so I I had a perinium and labial tear) and the second he was in my arms I told dh, I want to do that all again ~ a million times if it meant the bliss of that first moment.

Ooooh my, she really is beautiful! The bow is far too adorable too . I'm so happy to hear your happy ending story, I think that's the best any of us can hope for.
