Just recently it has come to my attention that there is a new non-stick pan out on the market called Green Pan.

I read the article and it has an aluminum core with oxygen, silicone, carbon, aluminum and titanium as the coating. What do you ladies think?

For me, this is not a good alternative. Aluminum?! Silicone?! Eh, I'll just stick to my trusy cast iron and stainless steel.
