yay! thanks to the tip of a fellow mdc mama i finally have raw milk for my family and oh my goodness do they love it! my husband loves the taste and so my kids, even my DSS who used to be completely grossed out by milk. I am hoping this will be the start of better health for all of us. has anyone else noticed their family members just liking raw milk so much better? how many glasses a day do you and or your children generally drink? how many gallons per week do you use for your family (and what size is your family)?

i don't like milk of any kind personally - unless it's gently warmed with honey and vanilla in it or made into a smoothie. Dd will have a sip now and then but mostly doesn't like it either unless wamred with honey or in a smoothie. Dh loves it and drinks 2 or 3 glasses per day. We go through about maybe a bit over a gallon per week.

I wish, I wish, I wish I could give my family a chance just to try it...I guess that will have to wait for years until we get our farm and family cow, since my government in its infinite wisdom has made raw milk absolutely illegal.

We love raw milk!!!

My kids love it, as do I. We have six children and drink it at each meal. So we go through about 4 or 5 gallons a week. Worth every penny. I will miss it when we move to Mississippi this summer. I haven't found a source for it down there.
Anyone have any sources for raw milk on the Gulf coast?

we love it so much we have two cows.
we go through at least 1/2 gallon a day when we have unlimited milk. that is just plain milk use. we are two adults, 3 kids (5, 3, 1).
