Baby tunic/dress?

gonna be brief as NAKing....

i'm looking for a very plain, easy to knit baby tunic/dress, kind of a-line, like a little dress but shorter!

any ideas??

There's a cute little one in the book Natural Knits for Moms and Babies. I believe the book is by Erika Knight. The dress is called Amelie, I believe.
